Sound business advice can only come from someone who’s been there.
Offering real world and more importantly practical advice based on real world experience that comes from over 25+ years leading business.
My journey has been part of business at all levels – from the shop floor to the boardroom, starting out sweeping floors in a workshop, through numerous roles at various levels up to multiple directorships and business ownerships.
It was earnt and it was with a lot of hard work and determination. Nothing comes from nothing regardless of what some think.
I’ve been there. I know the pinch points you’re feeling and have a true understanding of the nitty gritty pressures of reality.
I’ve made mistakes and learned from them, and I’m here to pass that experience on to you.
My most enjoyable moments are seeing people succeed and being in some way part of that joint success in making it happen for you and your business.

I am not a consultant. I am here to take action, focusing on strategy, execution, and real-world advice helping you achieve your objectives from idea implementation, HR development, growth pains, restructuring or succession, along with new directions and marketing.

I work with ambitious owner/operator SMEs looking to grow and who need a sounding board and guide, and small corporates who require an outsourced director or independent advisor to support management and/or sit on the board.
My approach
Open and honest, focused, determined, and down to earth. I’m not a suit but I’ll wear one if it’s needed.
I like to listen, think, evaluate then recommend and take action. Using language you can understand, giving practical advice you can apply.
